My Favourite Flower:

 My favorite flower is the Lotus. It is a very beautiful and clean flower.




The lotus grows in muddy water, like ponds and lakes. Even though it grows in the mud, the flower stays very clean and pretty. It is usually pink or white in color.



I like the lotus because it is a sacred flower. People use it to worship at temples. It smells very nice and looks very calm.

The lotus teaches us a good lesson: we can be good and pure even if our surroundings are not perfect. That is why I love the lotus flower the most.
