Who I am

 My name is Bimasha Madhumini. I am 22 years old. I live in galle.



I am a student at the University of the Visual and Performing Arts. I love my university because it is a place where I can learn more about the things I love.

Dancing is my life. It is my favorite thing to do in the whole world. I practice three types of dancing: Udarata (Up-country), Pahatharata (Low-country), and a beautiful Indian dance called Kathak. When I put on my dancing shoes and move to the rhythm, I feel very happy.




I am a very simple and kind person. I like to live a peaceful life. My religion is very important to me. I follow the teachings of Lord Buddha, which help me to be a good person. I also pray to Lord Ganesh and Lord Shiva. I believe they protect me and help me do my best in my dancing.

For me, life is a mix of dancing, learning, and being a simple person. I want to work hard and become a great dancer one day.
